FALL SEMESTER

APASA hosts a number of events each semester! In the fall, APASA kicks off the school year with the Kickoff Concert featuring USC's own APA talent and a Q&A to follow. In addition, APASA also puts on a Night Market that closely resembles a Taiwanese night market, filled with fun games, live music, food, and lots of different prizes. Another event that APASA hosts in the fall is the Winter Formal, a night dedicated to dancing, photo booths, chocolate covered everything, and more!

SPRING SEMESTER

In the Spring, APASA has a 3-month event called Asian Pacific American Heritage Festival (APAHF for short) that seeks to educate the campus on APA heritage! Some of the events of APAHF include Extravaganza, an event that showcases stories of APA heritage and  APASA's Speaker Event, in which APASA brings a guest speaker on campus to talk about being APA in their certain industry (for example, in 2017, APASA brought Alan Yang, writer and producer of Parks and Recreation and Master of None). Among other APAHF events are APASA's Got Talent, a talent show that any student can perform in and get live feedback from celebrity guest judges (like David Choi and D-Trix), and APASA Movie Night, a fun Friday night in which APASA books a large room to watch a movie in (in 2017, we watched My Neighbor Totoro).

Spring semester is a busy one -- there are loads of additional events that member organizations host, from stunning culture nights to informative club meetings, so make sure to keep checking in to see what events are coming up!
